What is Gameboat?

The Bayliss GameBoat is a high-quality, custom-built sportfishing yacht with a select group of interior layouts for the owner whose main priority is fishing.

Every GameBoat is sized between 60 and 62 feet. They are made no differently than the standard Bayliss custom hull: cold-molded with Okoume plywood and 100% epoxy resins.

It has been proven: these hulls are quieter and stronger, they ride better and fish better.

For the super structure (cabin and bridge), GameBoats again follow the traditional Bayliss standard -Core Cell composite with Okoume plywood.

GameBoat’s cockpit and bridge designs have been derived from decades of experience on the water, and from countless conversations with sportfishing tournament professionals. In every Bayliss GameBoat, we insist that the tackle must have an easily accessible and expansive storage area, the interior must be effortless, end of day washdowns should be quick, and speed ought to be easily attainable.

The best sportfish programs fish efficiently; the Bayliss GameBoat is designed to do just that.

Above all, GameBoat is equipped with bulletproof equipment. For power, all GameBoats carry the appropriately sized MTU M96L engines, with either 10 or 12 cylinders. For stabilization, a SeaKeeper. Northern Lights generators will be standard, along with a 1,000 pound per day Dometic ice maker, and an 1,800 gallon per day FCI watermaker.

Everyone fishes differently. Because of this, we offer the following GameBoat interior layouts to choose from:

V.1 – Bunk beds for crew; super clean and simple

V.2 – Private staterooms, including a forward Master

V.C – Completely custom – start your interior layout with a blank piece of paper. Anything that fits within the GameBoat footprint is possible; your layout, designed by us to fit your program.
